Cancellation Policy: For all reservations, the cancellation policy is at least 7 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made at 8 days or before 8 days of your stay have an automatic $25 charge.

Occupancy Policy: For each additional person over 10 years of age, there is a $15.00 charge per night.

Smoking Policy: All rooms are 100% smoking free. Violation of this non-smoking policy will result in a $250 charge.

Payment Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation in order to hold your room. You are able to pay with card or cash at the time of check-in.

Long Term Guests: We offer discounted rates to long term stay guests. Please call us at (507)-886-2515 to book these reservations.

Pets: If your pet is under 30lbs, please call us at (507)-886-2515 to book your reservation. Unauthorized pets, or pets who are over 30lbs, will lead to an additional $300/day fee.
